Toby provides pensions law advice and training to trustees and employers of private and public sector pension schemes.

Toby has extensive experience of advising and providing training on all areas of pensions law and practice. He has a particular focus on risk transfer projects including insurer buy-ins / buy-outs, transfers to DB superfunds and capital backed journey plans.

Alongside providing legal advice, Toby is part of our separate independent pensions trustee team at Open Trustees Limited.
